Calanthe Art Cafe @ Jonker Street, Malacca

I have a short trip to Malacca to visit my parents and my cousin-in-law's new born baby during weekends. I have also never forget to visit my cousin-in-law's Calanthe Art Cafe. In fact, Calanthe Art Cafe has already become my family hang-out place each time we visit Malacca. One of the uniqueness of this cafe is that it serves THE FIRST AND ONLY ONE Malaysia's 13 states coffee with 13 different tastes. What I am impressed the most with is not the coffee but my cousin-in-law's fantastic idea and interesting journey travelling to the whole malaysia to consolidate the genuine coffee from 13 states in his cafe for the local and tourists. For food-wise, I still like his own-creation Laksa! One of the best in town!

One of my family favourite combinations - Cheese cake, Laksa and Cendol.
Hmmm...So yummy...........!

Go for new 3rd Generation Toyota Vios 1.5G

Initially, i would like to get a second hand Toyota Vios (2nd generation). But after much consideration, I finally go for new 3rd generation Toyota Vios 1.5G due to lower interest rate (2.39%) and much more spacious. The passenger cabin is 120mm more spacious and the storage area in the back is 19% more spacious then the predecessor.

命運不是命運,命運是機會;是給生命一次改變的機會

Inspired by the Emil Chow's chinese speech delivered in AIFM radio station...

Malaysia's Niu Ze Xui (NZX) @ Ara Damansara

I've been wanted to visit Niu Ze Xui (NZX) @ Ara Damansara 2 weeks ago. Today at last, I brought my family to this covered boulevard which claimed to be the largest in Malaysia. When i reached there, I was very surprise that I have no problem in getting free car park as there were still many empty car parks available. The moment i walked in, I could see many stalls selling youngsters stuffs like handbags, accessories, handphones, clothes, toys, CDs/DVDs, etc. This place also have F & B outlets like Starbucks and Big Apple Donuts & Coffee and I am quite impressed with the setup. The only drawback is that it did not have much people visiting and was very quiet. There are many shops still not open yet. I think this place seriously need to open up more shops and organise more interesting activities to attract more investors and visitors.
